This module deals with legal aspects relevant at the time of divorce, including:

  1. Grounds for divorce – the focus will especially fall on the creation of a single ground for divorce.
  2. Redistribution orders
  3. Forfeiture of benefits orders
  4. Maintenance agreements
  5. Rule 43-applications
  6. Children and divorce – especially after the enactment of the Children’s Act 38 of 2005
